Who ships your order

Roodawg's Rock Shop works with trusted independent partner suppliers. Many of our products are packed and shipped directly from those suppliers rather than from one central warehouse.

If you order items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking numbers. You won't be charged extra for this beyond the shipping shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. Processing times can vary by supplier.

Shipping destinations and rates

We currently ship to the United States only.

Items we ship ourselves:

Items shipped by our partner suppliers through Shopify Collective may ship separately and use rates calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once each package ships, you'll get an email with its tracking number. Orders with items from several suppliers will get more than one tracking email.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email azmjtselleracct@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will work with the supplier and the carrier to fix it.
