These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roodawg's Rock Shop website at https://roodawgsrockshop.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. Roodawg's Rock Shop is operated by Roodawg's Rock Shop, 3012 Mockingbird Lane, Paragould, AR 72450, United States ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Site with a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Crystals and minerals are natural materials, so color, size, shape, pattern, and inclusions vary from piece to piece. The item you get may look different from the photos. Products sold by weight or "by the piece" are approximate.

3. Partner suppliers

Some or all of our products are supplied and shipped directly by independent partner suppliers through Shopify Collective. Their fulfillment is covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order, including an order placed at a price that was listed in error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that your payment and billing information is accurate. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card details.

Disclaimer: Crystals and metaphysical products are sold for spiritual, decorative, and entertainment purposes only. Descriptions of metaphysical properties reflect traditional beliefs and are not scientifically proven. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. User content

If you send reviews, comments, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
